We're a Manchester civil engineering contractor working on schemes of every size, from small to large. We deliver every project professionally and with integrity, on time and on budget.
Who we are
Yates Groundworks started out laying driveways and patios, and the Google reviews from those early jobs still mention Jake by name. Over 10+ years the work has grown into full civil engineering packages for contractors, with the M6 Junction 10 improvement scheme for Sisk the biggest so far.
We work across domestic, house building, highways, commercial and industrial projects. We keep finding better ways to work in every discipline, we train all of our staff properly, and we encourage everyone to build their skills every day.
Following strict health and safety procedures is a top priority for everyone at Yates. All our operatives are CSCS-trained and hold the right qualifications for their role, including PTS, NEBOSH, first aid, confined space, SSSTS, SMSTS, NRSWA and SWQR.
